  • We realize that you may be afraid to order a larger item and then be stuck with a high freight charge. So we are offering you free shipping on (but not limited to) all orders with a purchase price over $2000.00. 

  • Free shipping to California, Oregon, Washington, New Jersey, New York, Maryland, Maine will have a minimum purchase of $2500.00

  • We are also offering  free shipping on many smaller items as well. Depending on the item weight and shipping address. So pick an item(s), let us know where your located, and we may ship it for free. You might be surprised what we will ship for free, so don't hesitate, this offer may end soon. 

  •   Free shipping is available in the continental U.S.

    Free shipping is limited up up to 15% of your total order amount. (i.e.. if spending $2000.00 we will pay up to $300 of your shipping cost) If you choose heavy items and the shipping cost is $350.00 you must pay the extra $50.00

    Wholesale, bulk or volume orders are not available for free shipping.

Why Free Shipping?

  • We are conducting a test to see how offering free shipping would increase the sale of larger items. Shipping can be a little high on items that would need to be sent by freight. Paying the shipping ourselves can become very expensive for us, but we hope to cover this expense by moving allot more merchandise. Relieving you of this additional cost when ordering! This test will run for 7 days, if it proves effective we may extend the test for an additional week, to confirm the results. We may even end up making free shipping a permanent offer, if the desired results are achieved. Remember we will continually strive to bring you the very best price and service on fine Furniture. Please note: Free shipping is only available to residential customers, and will not apply to bulk or volume orders. In most cases bulk or volume orders will receive discounts that they may apply towards their shipping cost. 

FAQ's
  1. Are the prices already cut in half?
    • No, take the price that is listed and cut it in half. The only time you cannot cut the price in half is, if you are shopping in the Dutch Auction section of our site, those items are already priced to blow out.
  2. Why don't you just list the prices at half the amount?
    •  The 50% off is only temporary, and will end soon. We have to many products to be able to easily change the written prices on each page. The text next to the price that says "cut the price in half- everything is 50% off", is actually a picture that we can easily change in our root directory, and then it will change the comment on all the pages at once.
  3. How can you sell this cheap?
    • We closed our retail store and then started online full time, it lowered our overhead so drastically that it is almost null. This allows us to sell each item for allot less. Remember when buying out of a large store, on any purchase you make, part of your cost goes to paying that stores huge light bill, high rent, liability insurance, maintenance on the building, along with all the other expenses of running a huge retail location. Just think about what it would cost to keep the doors open on a huge store, and then think about who pays for it. You do when buying something. We prefer to let you pay your own light bill since your already paying it anyways, besides how could we make you feel anymore at home while your shopping, than to actually have you there.     
  4. How long does Delivery take?
    • In Houston ASAP, usually the next day, or at your convenience.
    • Nationwide, normally 7 days depending on where your located.
  5. Will it be setup?
    • In Houston this is an option, setup cost depends on the item.
    • Nationwide, No. Nationwide orders will be sent by UPS or a Freight company. Freight companies will only unload your order of their truck. You will be responsible for bringing your merchandise inside.
  6. Will you accept C.O.D. orders?
    • In Houston yes, when you pay the delivery cost up front. You will need to have a Cashiers Check or Money Order for the full amount ready for the driver. You can also make payment with a credit card over the phone as the  driver unloads your merchandise.
    • Nationwide, Sorry No.
  7. If I don't like can I send it back?
    •   In Houston yes, Your satisfaction is guaranteed, when the driver arrives if you do not like it, just send it back. - Thankfully this has never happened. But to avoid, extremely picky individuals wanting to have items brought out just for curiosity, the delivery charge is none refundable. If you were given a free delivery. The normal delivery charge would be applied.
    • Nationwide, yes, again, your satisfaction comes first. But you would be responsible for shipping both ways and a 20% restocking charge. If you have concerns about the color of a fabric or finish, or the quality of an item, please make us aware of your concerns before ordering, so we may use every resource available to make sure your getting the item and quality you want.   8. What if an item is delivered damaged?
    • Nationwide customers, Please accept any delivery, unless you can see actual damage to your item, sometimes, especially through UPS the outside packaging can appear damaged, but the contents will be fine. Just ask the driver to take note of the condition of the packaging. If your items are indeed damaged, please call or email us with the details of the damages, if possible we will send you replacement parts. Otherwise we will replace the entire order, by filing a claim with the shipping company. Orders can not be cancelled due to shipping damages. But we will send the replacement/parts ASAP.
  9. How do I know I can trust your company?
    • If you are new to buying online, or you're ordering from us for the first time, there is one sure way that you can leave your worries behind. If you order with your credit card, your card company will insure your transaction. When doing business online or in person, your card company will go to bat for you, making sure you get what you paid for, or they will get your money back. They will also guard against any unauthorized charges. So if you trust your card company, you can trust us.
  10. What types of payment will you accept?
    • We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express, Cashiers Checks, Money Orders and Personal checks. Personal checks must clear before shipping on nationwide orders.
  11. What are your bedrooms sets made of?
    • A high percentage of our bedroom suites are made of solid wood, the ones that are, will state that in the descriptions. We do have some bedrooms that are not solid wood to offer some lower priced options.
  12. What are your dinette sets made of?
    • A high percentage of our dinette sets are made of solid wood, the ones that are, will state that in the descriptions. We also have many high quality metal and Glass dinettes. We do have some dinette sets that appear to be, but are not solid wood, to offer some lower priced options.
  13. Are the Futon Mattresses included in the price marked on the Futons?
    • No, We have three different futon mattresses to choose from, but when buying a Futon, we can include a mattress for just a tiny bit more.
  14. Are the Bunkie Mattresses included in the prices on the Bunk Beds?
    • No, We have two different Bunkie mattresses to choose from, but when buying a Bunk bed, we can include the mattresses for just a tiny bit more.
  15. Are the Bed fames or rails included in the prices on the Head and Foot board sets, iron canopy beds or the bedroom suites?
    • No, We have different sizes and types to choose from, but when buying any of the above, we can include a the frame or rails for just a bit more.
  16. How often do you run out of stock on items?
    • Not very often, we fill our orders directly out of four major warehouses, that if combined, would total more square footage than four football fields. It can happen though, when it does happen, we almost always get the items back in within 10 days.
